I WANT to give a 5-star review, I really do!
Kanter has some amazing, difficult to find parts, and they ship exceptionally quickly, but on this order something went wrong. After ordering a master cylinder for a customer's '66 Fairlane I received my tracking information and watched day after day as my part went from NJ to CA, then back across country to OK, all the while I am in NV!!! I contacted Kanter and asked them for some assistance with FedEx (as the sender they can get more info than I, as the receiver, am able to) and whoever I spoke to told me "Kanter could help me by selling me another master cylinder"!!!! WTF? That is not the type of assistance I've become accustomed to with Kanter, nor is it the type of assistance I'm willing to accept, so I asked for a supervisor and was connected to Dan. Dan was as bewildered as I was about my packages journey as well as his team members unwillingness/inability to assist and immediately contacted FedEx to get the ball rolling for us. Long story short, Kanter does a terrific job but if you get a stubborn sales person do not hesitate to go up the food chain and ask for Dan, his willingness to help was VERY much appreciated. In conclusion, I wish Kanter used a shipper other than FedEx (I don't believe I had an option), they are, in my many years of experience with them, unreliable. Yep, want to give a 5-star but one sales person with a poor attitude blew it.
