1957 Buick ball joints
"The add claims these are a refurbished unit with your core needed to be sent in. I purchased 2 used ball joints from a salvage yard for $148, received them and called Kanter for information on how to send in my cores for refurbishment, And they said , we don't need your cores, just purchase our ball joints outright. We are selling what we have in stock and won't be renewing them, So I purchased two of them a left and a right upper, i paid full price, waited over a week, And when they arrived i discovered they sat me too , and ball joints that were 69 years old ! If I want to 69-year-old ball giants, I would just keep the ones that are on my car. Not only did I lose the money on purchasing the cores , but then I had to send them back because they sold me something that was not advertised. I was Very disappointed in this , it wasted a bunch of my time and money. I spoke to somebody at customer service and they were very nonchalant about it. When somebody is restoring a car, you depend on correct information. If you're advertising a part. I have purchased parts from this company since the 1980s i have recently purchased the parts which were very satisfactory. This is the only experience that I had that was very disappointing. I included some pictures of the ones they sent me, which look a little rusty and the ones from their advertisements of what they were claiming they were selling."
